Few, if any, video game experiences have affected me in the way that this game has. Outer Wilds is perhaps the greatest example of the thing you want to tell everyone about, but you can't, because they have to experience it for themselves. Mechanically, the game supports its exploratory nature in ways that streamline the Adventure/Exploration genre, while expanding it to new horizons (literally).
Not wanting to spoil anything, I'll leave you with this: play Outer Wilds the way you would read a book when you're young—with ravenous curiosity for what the next page holds.
